K20a Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using k20a's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the k20a platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the k20a platform.
To use the k20a platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- At least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority under Malaysian law.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a valid and legally binding agreement.
- Not prohibited from using online gambling or entertainment platforms under the laws of the state or territory where you are located.
- Using this platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
K20a reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and to restrict access if eligibility requirements are not met.

- Registration information must be accurate
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the k20a platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
K20a reserves the right to verify user identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which may require the submission of valid identification documents.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. k20a will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone call. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account, unless you have reported unauthorised access to k20a prior to such activity occurring.
Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities
All k20a platform users must comply with the following rules of use. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension or closure without compensation.
- Fraud or any attempt to deceive the platform or other users
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to unlawfully manipulate game outcomes
- Collusion between users to gain an unfair advantage
- Using another person's account or granting account access to a third party
- Using the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes
- Making deposits and withdrawals using the available payment methods
- Contacting customer support for assistance
- Accessing personal account information and transaction history
- Using the responsible gaming features provided
Any breach of these terms may result in the following actions by k20a:
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account closure
- Forfeiture of any credit balance
- Reporting to the relevant authorities
Payments, Deposits and Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on the k20a platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods commonly used by Malaysian users, including TNG eWallet and bank transfers via recognised local banking institutions.
Deposit Policy
All deposits made to your k20a account are final and non-reversible once processed. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposit details are correct before confirming a transaction. k20a is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet verified under the registered user's name. k20a reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal for security purposes. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take between one to three business days.
Taxes and Charges
Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations related to their use of the k20a platform under Malaysian law. k20a does not provide tax advice and accepts no responsibility for any user's tax liabilities.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
The k20a platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. k20a does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, free from interruptions, errors, or technical delays. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, k20a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
K20a is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from system disruptions, internet failures, or extraordinary circumstances beyond the platform's control.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the k20a platform are the exclusive property of k20a or our licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written permission from k20a.
Any unauthorised use of k20a's intellectual property may result in legal action.
The k20a platform may contain links or references to third-party services. k20a does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Users access third-party links at their own risk and are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
K20a reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user breaches any provision of these terms, or if k20a suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity on the platform. Changes to These Terms
K20a reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the k20a platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Users agree to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating any legal proceedings.
